We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our IT Operations Management Team. This role will focus on supporting and administering our enterprise monitoring and event management platform as we transition from BMC TrueSight to ServiceNow ITOM. You will be integral to ensuring our systems run smoothly, enabling capabilities for end users, identifying and implementing automation initiatives, and participating in critical migrations. If you actively engage with teammates and end-users but also work well independently, take great ownership of your work, are comfortable with researching and proposing new ideas, and have a continuous improvement mindset, this could be the role for you! |
