The Financial Analyst will be responsible for executing daily and month-end reconciliations of the general ledger, with a strong focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies. This role includes overseeing Corporate Card Administration, assisting with supplier onboarding, data analysis to increase targeted audit review of higher risk transactions, supporting various assigned finance projects, and proactively recommending process improvements through technical expertise. The Analyst will ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance, best practices, and IRS regulations.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $65,000-$75,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Complete daily-monthly reconciliations as assigned.
  • Manage corporate card admin tasks.
  • Support as back-up for Supplier set-ups and supplier management.
  • Develop analysis for audit of various manually entered system updates or review of payment transactions.
  • Provide support for various finance projects as assigned.
  • Support other business areas as assigned.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment. 

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or in lieu of degree relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Effective analytical skills.
