The Law Operation is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to support Law Operation technology initiatives, assist Law Operation associates with technology needs, and provide legal administrative support. This key position helps optimize efficiencies as Law Operation attorneys and paralegals deliver legal services to their internal clients.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary:$50,960- $91,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Administer document management system (iManage) and legal matter management system (TeamConnect), troubleshoot issues/answer user questions on iManage, TeamConnect, and enterprise software applications, and provide software training
- Investigate new technology needs of Law Operation associates, gather information, and partner with I/S to request and prioritize work
- Provide administrative support for attorneys and paralegals requiring assistance with organizing meetings, maintaining files, preparing reports, etc.
- Request new computer equipment, software, and systems access for Law Operation associates and assist with onboarding new Law Operation associates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Minimum five years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience in a technology-related field, such as a systems administration and/or training roles
- Superior skills in advanced use of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to compose detailed training documentation and clear written communications regarding technical issues

- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:
- Administration of document management systems (e.g., iManage or NetDocs, etc.).
- Administration of legal matter management systems for corporate legal departments (e.g., TeamConnect, Onit, Legal Tracker, etc.).
- Technology training or support in a law firm or corporate legal department.
